Sex & Relationship Therapy for Individuals and Couples
Benefits of Sex Therapy
Sexual desire is often the first thing to go when our life suffers in any way, showing how this desire is linked to our quality of life, relationships and our emotional health. Sex is inherently vulnerable, and therefore allows us to access emotions and spaces of healing. Sex therapy not only helps us better connect to our sexuality, but ultimately also impacts our life at large.
Our sexuality has often been tainted with limiting beliefs, shame, traumatic and negative experiences, as well as a general lack of sex education. In sex therapy the work is grounded in finding the root cause to sexual issues and patterns, and in creating a self-accepting environment to reconnect with one’s sexuality in a way that feels fun, exciting, and empowering, without overstepping our boundaries.
If you're looking for specialized expertise, I offer sex therapy for individuals and couples with diverse approaches. Don’ hesitate to reach out. I am here to help guide and answer any questions or concerns you might have. Or you can schedule an online session with me.
“What if your body was a relationship to discover, rather than a problem to be fixed?”

The Pleasure Journal
I wanted to create something accessible and affordable for everyone to help reconnect with such essential rights as feeling pleasure and joy. Individual therapy is a privilege, and in this journal I have collected questions and practices commonly used in sex therapy. It is an invitation to start exploring your own relationship to pleasure, sex, self love and desire. Sex is inherently vulnerable, and therefore a great portal to access our deepest feelings around and about ourselves.
